Our precision casting workshop is located in a major steel production base in central China. This advantageous geographical location provides us with a highly competitive and convenient supply chain for high-end castings and plates. We are able to translate this cost advantage, derived from the source of the supply chain, directly into superior product competitiveness and greater value for our customers.

We have invested heavily in comprehensively introducing a cluster of world-class precision machining centers, represented by companies such as Yamazaki Mazak (Japan), DMG Mori Seiki (Germany), Nicolas (Spain), and Okuma (Japan). The installation of these "kings of industrial machinery" ensures that every stage of our precision casting process, from raw materials to finished products, possesses international-level processing accuracy, efficiency, and stability, providing an unshakeable guarantee for the delivery of high-quality products.

We have pioneered the construction of an automated machining production line for core components with a monthly capacity of 500 sets. This production line deeply integrates automated logistics, intelligent processing, and online automated testing technologies. Compared to traditional methods, it significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs by approximately 70%. Precise control and real-time quality monitoring throughout the entire process ensure a significant increase in the first-pass yield rate, achieving a perfect balance of high efficiency and high quality.

To achieve ultimate control over both product quality and cost, we have built a complete sheet metal processing production line and introduced high-performance laser cutting machines, bending machines, and automated storage systems from Bystronic of Switzerland. We have also equipped the line with an automated gantry welding platform, professional welding lines, grinding lines, and digital painting and assembly lines. This allows us to independently develop and manufacture core components, significantly reducing overall machine costs and, more importantly, ensuring the compatibility and reliability of the overall performance from the ground up, providing a solid guarantee for overall machine quality that surpasses that of externally sourced parts.

We have deployed OA (Office Automation), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and WMS (Warehouse Management System) across our entire operation, creating a closed data loop encompassing order placement, production scheduling, material distribution, workshop execution, quality traceability, warehousing and logistics, and administrative management. This signifies that we have achieved digitalization and transparency across all business processes, ensuring efficient collaboration and data-driven decision-making at every stage, ultimately maximizing production efficiency and enabling traceable and controllable product quality.
