Before confirming the provision of OEM services to our customers, we will provide them with 3D models of the machine tools (in formats such as STEP and IGES), key interface dimensions, layout drawings, technical specifications (including requirements for protection class, vibration resistance, noise levels, etc.), brand logo placement, and color schemes to assess technical feasibility and finalize the implementation plan.

We will perform "sheet metal unfolding design" based on the 3D model confirmed by the client, disassembling the enclosure into individual manufacturable sheet metal parts, taking into full consideration bending radii, seams, and tolerances. In addition, for the 2D engineering drawings generated for production, we will annotate all dimensions, tolerances, materials, and surface treatment requirements. Finally, we will provide renderings or visual representations for the client's final appearance confirmation.

We select suitable sheet metal and use shearing equipment to break it down into individual, independently processable sheet metal parts for further processing.

Based on the enclosure design provided by the engineers, we use our laser cutting equipment to break it down into individual, manufacturable sheet metal parts.

According to the engineer's design model, we further process the sheet metal parts that require bending.

For all the processed sheet metal parts, we will perform further welding according to the engineer's design specifications.

For all the processed sheet metal parts, we will perform intelligent spray painting according to the color scheme provided by the customer, and finally, assemble all the sheet metal parts intelligently according to the customer's planned brand logo placement.
